岁在永和，癸丑暮春，修禊兰亭。有崇山峻岭，茂林修竹，清流湍激，映带山阴。曲水流觞，群贤毕至，是日风和天气清。亦足以，供一觞一咏，畅叙幽情。
Dating back to the ninth year of Yonghe in the Eastern Jin Dynasty, that is, in the late spring of 353 BC, we came to Lanting in Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province, and held a elegant gathering. There are towering mountains, lush forests and slender bamboo trees, and clear streams surround the pavilion, fully reflecting the beautiful scenery of the mountains. People filled their glasses with yellow rice wine and led them into the winding water. Many emperors and dignitaries gathered here on this day, when the wind was smooth and the sky was clear. We are also enough to express, in the way of drinking poetry, to freely describe the deep feelings in everyone's heart.
悲夫一世之人，或放浪，形骸遇所欣。虽快然自足，终期于尽，老之将至，后视犹今。随事情迁，所之既倦，俯仰之间迹已陈。兴怀也，将后之揽者，有感斯文！

如题，对于本词作者实为有据可查，方岳（1199-1262）字巨山，号秋崖，南宋时期的文人。此人在绍定五年（1232）考中进士，调滁州教授、淮南参议官、邵武军、知南康军以及江西抚州官职，景定三年（1262）去世。
然而名副其实，以上《沁园春》属于真正意义上的兰亭序版诗词，前面的一段是这样的。诗人先将时间追溯至东晋永和九年（353）三月初三的暮春时节，来到了浙江绍兴的兰亭景区举行雅集的盛会，这是中国著名的书圣王羲之跟孙绰、王导和谢安等四十余个名流高士共聚欢谈的场景。当年天朗气清，惠风和畅的天气，他们在曲水流觞喝酒写诗，畅叙幽情，实在是欣然至极。
后面的一段是写作者善于抒情，包括了人生的短暂、欢乐的心情以及感慨流年逝去的主题，留下了对过往的回顾和思考，抒发了对人生沧桑的感慨。全篇典雅精致，适合读者虚心学习，读来令人身心愉悦。

其实注意看，该词调里面共有三个【一】字和五个【之】字，只是说原文内容中不是直接写南宋时期的宴会场景，而是将时间追溯至公元前353年，到后面才是借景抒情的一段，表达原作者对人生短暂以及快乐易逝的感悟。此外后来有多个类似的词牌，大都是跟这种兰亭序版本特点不一样的词，从宋朝吴潜的《哨遍》到清朝易顺鼎的《莺啼序》都属于隐括兰亭序的词作，就原有的文章和著作加以裁剪改写，并能够创作成词牌才是明确的说法。
